About Michael
Michael has experience of all forms of commercial and residential property transactions, insolvency and landlord and tenant matters. He has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration and mediation and has been an Advocate with and without Counsel in all of the Irish Courts. He has lectured in Contract law at third level, has written for the Law Society Gazette and has been a regular guest on live radio programmes on legal matters. He is a former President of the Galway Solicitors’ Bar Association. Among his clients are some of Ireland’s leading companies and business people as well as banking and insurance organisations.
